Resins for Thermosetting Urethane Elastomers Resins for Thermosetting Urethane Elastomers

This is a high‑performance casting material based on thermosetting polyurethane resin.
After curing, it forms a polyurethane elastomer (urethane rubber) with excellent wear resistance, delivering superior mechanical properties and durability.
It can be applied to large molded products and complex shapes that are difficult to handle with injection molding, offering a high degree of design flexibility.
Furthermore, leveraging its impact resistance and chemical resistance, it is suitable for a wide range of applications such as industrial machinery parts, rollers, and cushioning materials.

• Excellent mechanical properties such as abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and tear strength.
• Good chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and oil resistance.
• Excellent heat and cold resistance.
• No pressure is required during molding, unlike natural or synthetic rubber.
• Can be molded in a wide range of sizes, from large products to products with complex shapes.
• Low compression set, making it suitable for applications subjected to repeated vibration, load, bending, or impact.
