Two-component curing continuous coating system for urethane film

Pandex GW Series

DIC's proprietary, highly transparent, two-component curing urethane resin system.

Features

  • High Transparency:
With a haze of 0.7% or less and a total light transmittance of 92% or more, it is possible to produce highly transparent, non-yellowing urethane film.

  • Solvent-free, High Productivity:
This environmentally friendly, solvent-free system can produce films and sheets with thicknesses of 200 μm or more in a single pass, which are difficult to coat with solvent-based urethane resins or low-viscosity acrylic resins.

  • Flexibility, Durability, High Heat Resistance, and Excellent Surface Properties:
With its high heat resistance and fisheye-free properties without sacrificing the flexibility characteristic of urethane, it can be used in a wide range of applications. It can also be used for cast molding.

  • Self-healing:
Its self-healing properties enable its application in a variety of exterior components.

Self-healing function

Even if scratched, it will recover by the next day.
DIC's unique cross-linking design achieves both flexibility and strength.
