Process conditions

Single side

  • Processing method: Transfer method
  • Composition(Thin layer single side): Coating substrate: Release PET Film(50μm)/ Paste substrate: PET Film(25μm)/ Coating amount: 2g/㎡(dry)
  • Composition (Normal layer single side): Coating substrate: Release PET Film(50μm)/ Paste substrate: PET Film(25μm)/ Coating amount: 25g/㎡(dry)
  • Drying condition: 80℃ x 3 minutes
  • Aging condition: 40℃ x 3days

Double-sided

  • Processing method: Transfer method
  • Composition(Thin layer double-sided): Coating substrate: Release PET Film(50μm)/ Core substrate: PET Film(6μm)/ Coating amount: each 2g/㎡(ry)
  • Composition(Normal layer double-sided): Coating substrate: Release paper/ Core substrate: Rayon NWF(14g/㎡)/ Coating amount: each 63g/㎡(dry)
  • Drying condition: 80℃ x 3 minutes
  • Aging condition: 40℃ x 3days
  • Backing substrate: PET Film(25μm)

Measurement conditions

Peel strength:

  • Adherends: SUS, PP, Test piece (Single side) 25mm width, (Double-sided) 20mm width
  • Lamination: 2kg roller X 1 back and forth, Aging conditions:23℃, 50%RH X 30min.
  • Measurement conditions:23℃, 50%RH, Peel angle: 180°, Peel speed:300mm/min.

Holding power:

  • Adherends: SUS, Lamination size (Single side) 25mm X 25mm, (Double-sided) 20mm X 20mm
  • Lamination: 2kg roller X 1 back and forth, Aging conditions:23℃, 50%RH X 30min.
  • Measurement conditions:70℃, 1kg load, Keep 24hrs or note the time for drop

Constant load holding power:

  • Adherends : SUS, PP, Lamination size: 20mm X 50mm
  • Measurement conditions: 23℃, 100g load, peel distance after 1h and 3h or note the time for drop

Ball tack:

  • J. Dow Method (23℃, 50%RH)
