Fermentalg DHA ORIGINS™-510” is DHA derived from microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.) cultivated in a clean environment. It is listed on the US FDA’s Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) list and registered as a Novel Food by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

Strengths

DHA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that cannot be produced by the human body and must be obtained through the diet. DHA has traditionally been found in large amounts in fish oil, but algae-derived DHA is extracted directly from cultivated algae, eliminating concerns about heavy metal accumulation from marine pollution or depletion of fishing resources, ensuring a stable supply.
