Tokyo, Japan—DIC Corporation today announced that it has published the English-language version of the DIC Report 2026 integrated report. This report is now available on DIC’s global website.

To further reinforce dialogue with stakeholders, including its shareholders and investors, effective from fiscal year 2026 the DIC Group has revised its disclosure framework. This involved separating its existing integrated report into the DIC Report integrated report and the Sustainability Report, two independent publications with their own clearly defined roles.

The DIC Report now focuses on strategies and value creation essentials aimed at boosting corporate value over the medium to long term, while the Sustainability Report emphasizes to detailed environment, social and governance (ESG)-related information and data. This has enabled DIC to construct a disclosure infrastructure that makes it easier for stakeholders to access the information they need.

DIC Report 2026 is aimed primarily at investors and has been fully revamped to present information on the DIC Group’s drive to improve corporate value over the medium to long term. The report outlines how DIC has recast its vision for the future and its value creation process around Phase 2 of its DIC Vision 2030 long-term management plan, and conveys the Group’s management strategy and growth direction in an easier-to-understand manner. Highlights include:
• an expanded message from the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) regarding the management of return on invested capital (ROIC);
• a new special feature on materials for use in semiconductor fabrication (Chemitronics);
• new sections on human capital management and the Group’s forthcoming Global Operating Model (GOM); and
• interviews with two outside directors regarding the strengthening of corporate governance.

In contrast, the Sustainability Report 2026, published in August 2026, brings together ESG data and details on related initiatives, thereby upgrading the comprehensiveness and convenience of information.

Looking ahead, the DIC Group will continue to prioritize constructive dialogue with stakeholders, as well as to contribute to the sustainable advancement of its corporate value and to the realization of a sustainable society through transparent information disclosure.
