I hereby confirm and consent to the handling of my personal information or the personal information of the minor under my guardianship by DIC Corporation (the “Company”) according to “DIC Group Privacy Policy” and this “Notice regarding the Handling of Personal Information (for residents of Mainland China) ” (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Personal Information Handling Documents"), as follows:

  • I have carefully read the "Personal Information Handling Documents" and agree that the Company may handle my personal information in accordance with the regulations described in the "Personal Information Handling Documents".

    As the parent or other guardian of a minor under the age of 14, I, together with the minor under my guardianship, have carefully read the "Personal Information Handling Documents" and agree that the Company may handle the personal information of the minor under my guardianship in accordance with the regulations described in the "Personal Information Handling Documents".

  • I acknowledge and agree that the Company may handle the personal information of me or the minor under my guardianship which I entered in the online form.

  • I acknowledge and specifically agree that the Company may acquire the following special categories of personal information of me or the minor under my guardianship:
    Information regarding the way I or the minor under my guardianship uses the Company’s group website including activity logs on the website collected using cookies.

  • I acknowledge and specifically agree that the Company may provide my personal information or the personal information of the minor under my guardianship to the parties listed in the DIC Group Privacy Policy and such parties may process my personal information or the personal information of the minor under my guardianship in accordance with the purpose of processing and the method of processing listed in the DIC Group Privacy Policy and such information includes the above-mentioned special categories of personal information.

  • I acknowledge and agree that the Company may process the above personal information for the purposes listed in the Personal Information Handling Documents

    • Method of Processing: collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, deletion
    • Storage Period: the minimum period necessary to implement the purpose of processing

  • By clicking the “I confirm the above” button in the online form, I confirm that I will be regarded to have agreed to the Company's handling of my personal information or the personal information of the minor under my guardianship in accordance with the above rules.
