Tokyo, Japan—DIC Corporation announced today that it will participate in the second annual Sustainable Material Expo (SUSMA) Tokyo Show, which will be held from December 7–9, 2022, at the Makuhari Messe convention center. The Company also plans to hold a simultaneous virtual trade on its global website.
In line with its redefined vision statement—“We improve the human condition by delivering color and comfort for sustainable prosperity—Color & Comfort,” the DIC Group’s booth at this year’s SUSMA Tokyo Show is planned around the concept of “Color & Comfort : Creating a Green Future” and will showcase products and solutions that contribute to carbon neutrality, a circular economy and quality of life (QOL).
On December 7, DIC is also scheduled also give a presentation as part of the Sustainable Materials Expo Special Session on DIC Group sustainability initiatives aimed at helping realize a green society. The presentation will include an introduction to the new DIC Vision 2030 long-term management plan by Executive Vice President Toshifumi Tamaki and an overview of sustainable packaging trends and related DIC Group initiatives in Europe by Nicolas Bétin, Global Sustainability Business Lead at Sun Chemical Corporation, the Group’s regional headquarters for the Americas and Europe.
