DIC Publishes the DIC Report 2024 Integrated Report —Highlights include a message from new President and CEO Takashi Ikeda and initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth—

Tokyo, Japan—DIC Corporation announced today the publication of the English-language version of DIC Report 2024, the latest edition of the DIC Group’s annual integrated report, which contains both financial information, including operating results and management strategies, and non-financial information, focusing on its sustainability initiatives.

DIC Report 2024 centers on a message from new President and CEO Takashi Ikeda, who took the reins in January 2024. Other highlights include messages from the individuals in charge of the business groups and overseas regional headquarters regarding their respective management policies, as well as a number of comments from employees and external stakeholders. The report also introduces the Company’s approach to value creation, which guides its efforts to leverage its fundamental technologies with the aim of achieving sustainable growth.

Looking ahead, the DIC Group will continue to emphasize effective communication with its stakeholders and to refine its Color & Comfort value proposition to enhance corporate value over the long term.
