• Composition: Coating substrate: Release paper/ Core substrate: Rayon NWF(14g/㎡)/ Coating amount: each 63g/㎡(dry)
• Drying condition: 80℃ x 3 minutes
• Aging condition: 40℃ x 3days
• Backing substrate: PET Film(25μm)…for cureved surface holding refer to below

Measurement conditions

Peel strength:

• Adherends: SUS, PP, Test piece: 20mm width
• Lamination: 2kg roller X 1 back and forth, Aging conditions:23℃, 50%RH X 30min.
• Measurement conditions: 23℃, 50%RH, Peel angle: 180°, Peel speed: 300mm/min.

Ball tack:

• J. Dow Method (23℃, 50%RH)

Holding power:

• Adherends: SUS, PP, Lamination size: 10mm X 50mm
• Lamination: 2kg roller X 1 back and forth, Aging conditions: 23℃, 50%RH X 30min.
• Measurement conditions:70℃, 1kg load, Keep 24hrs or note the time for drop

Constant load holding power:

• Adherends: SUS, PP, Paste Size: 10mmx50mm
• Measurement conditions: 23℃, 300g load, peel distance after 3h or note the time for drop

Curved surface adhesion:

• Backing substrate: Ether type urethane foam 6mm thickness, density 0.02g/c㎥ and Esther type urethane foam 6mm thickness, density 0.03g/c㎥
• Adherends: SUS, PP, Test Piece: 40mm X 40mm
• Measurement conditions: With urethane form as backing substrates, winding double-sided tape on adherends like U shaped and 23℃ X 24h keep, then measure peel distance after 24h at 80℃
