Process conditions
- Processing method: Transfer method
- Composition: Coating substrate: Release PET Film(50μm)/ Paste substrate: PET Film(25μm)/ Coating amount: 10g/㎡(dry)
- Drying condition: 80℃ x 3 minutes
- Aging condition: 40℃ x 3days
Measurement conditions
Peel strength:
- Adherend: Reinforced glass (surface water contact angle 30±10°)
- Test piece: 25mm width
- Lamination: 2kg roller X 1 back and forth, Aging conditions: described in the table
- Measurement conditions: 23℃, 50%RH, Peel angle: 180°, Peel speed: 300mm/min.
