For Fiber Processing

Using synthetic rubber's unique rubber elasticity, butadiene resin latex for fiber processing takes on the role of giving added value to various fibers by imparting elasticity and elongation. Using DIC's proprietary polymer design techniques, hard finishes, soft finishes, and resin treatments with little discoloration are possible for fibers and resistance to various chemicals can be imparted to fibers.

Product Examples

  • For hard finishing fibers (molded products)

Utilizes rigidity and synthetic rubber's unique elasticity, used especially as molding and processing fiber base materials.

  • For soft finishing fibers

Using the elongation and elasticity of flexible synthetic rubber, imparts flexibility and elongation to various fibers.

  • Adding types of durability

Utilizing MBR's various types of durability, imparts resin treatments with little discoloration and various types of chemical resistance to fibers.
