Organic-Inorganic Hybrid CERANATE
CERANATE is an acrylic resin and polysiloxane composite resin. It adds weather resistance and stain resistance to conventional aqueous acrylic resins. It can be used for coatings for residential exteriors, iron bridges, roads, and automobiles.
Weather Resistance Comparable to Fluoropolymers
Hybrid molecules of organic-inorganic compounds fuse together with the evaporation of moisture to form a cross-linked coating film by siloxane bonds and the coating demonstrates excellent weather resistance. In the gloss retention comparison with the exposure test, CERANATE demonstrated weather resistance that surpasses fluoropolymers.

Stain Resistance from Self-cleaning Action
CERANATE demonstrates a self-cleaning effect that washes off dirt with rain water by the action of hydrophilic groups (silanol groups) oriented with the coating film surface.
