CSR of the DIC Group
The DIC Group has officially taken CSR into its management since FY 2007. We make efforts to ensure an accurate grasp of changing social imperatives and respond with solutions that deliver the value that our many stakeholders expect. Through the continuous implementation of these initiatives, we aim to earn the trust of society and remain an enterprise that is capable of growing and evolving. We have developed 11 CSR themes, such as “compliance”, “supply chain management” etc, to work on with annual targets.

Communication with Stakeholders
As a part of chemical industry, we have signed a declaration of support for the Responsible Care Global Charter. We promise to work on activities eagerly to improve environment, safety and health furthermore.
We are working on social contribution programs through business activity, in the field of culture/education, and to harmonize with local/society to contribute better colorful culture and comfortable daily life.
We make every effort to communicate with our stakeholders, such as our employees, customers, our partners, stockholders/investors, to enhance understanding of the DIC Group.
