For Abrasive Materials/ Grinding Wheel
Abrasive-coated cloth/paper and non-woven abrasive materials are used as tools for grinding and cutting metal, wood, and rock. These materials are created by applying abrasive grains of Al2O3, SiC, or diamond or by impregnation. Many binders are used to secure these abrasive grains. DIC stocks many phenolic resins, epoxy resins, and amine resins for various applications.
Liquid Resins for Abrasive Materials
For abrasive materials, phenolic resins, epoxy resins, and urethane resins are used as binders for abrasive-coated cloth, abrasive-coated paper, and non-woven abrasive materials.
