About recommended applications

  • Leveling: Enables coatings to be coated smoothly and uniformly.
  • Permeability: Allow liquids to permeate into the fine gaps of uneven surfaces and fibers.
  • Low foaming: Lower foaming caused by adding an additive.
  • Recoatability: Suppress peeling or cratering of the top coating caused by additives formulated in the base coat when some kind of top coat is applied.
  • Anti-blocking: Suppress blocking (adherence, tackiness) of molded solid surfaces by the action of an additive.
  • Water and oil repellency: Provides water and oil repellency to the molded solid surface.
  • PTFE dispersibility: Disperse and stabilize fluoropolymer particles such as PTFE to the dispersion.
  • Pigment dispersion stability: Increase the dispersion stability of various types of particles including metal particles, inorganic particles or color pigments.
  • Demoldability: Improve releasabilty from molds in resin molding.
  • Non-diffusing property: Prevent diffusion of low viscosity ingredient to the substrate by superior water and oil repellency.
  • Metal reducion grade: Reduces/standardizes the minute amounts of impurity-metal ions.
