Develops Affinity/Bonding Functions for Carboxylic Acid and Hydroxyl Groups

Polycizer TD-1720 and S-2002 are polyester processing aids born from DIC's original techniques.

• With a small amount added (2 to 6 PHR), effectively improves gelling in the manufacturing process, the product's exterior appearance (transparency, gloss), and its properties

• Effective for the dispersibility of fillers and pigments in plastisol and coating compounds

• Excellent affinity with metals, effective in improving bonding during roll forming

• High heat resistant wire compounds, high elasticity compounds
  Polycizer TD-1720 has a superb gelling accelerative effect when using high degree polymerized PVC and cross-linked PVC.

• Rigid PVC calendered sheeting
  Polycizer S-2002 demonstrate an effect that reduces air marks and flow marks on the sheet's surface.

• Flooring materials, plastisol, coatings
  Polycizer TD-1720, S-2002 are suited to improving dispersibility in compounds that contain large amounts of fillers and pigments.
