PFF Series Degassing Modules for Chemicals/Solvents

Degassing modules with wetted parts made entirely from fluororesins and employs PTFE in the degassing membrane. Also capable of degassing acids, alkalis, and organic solvents from liquids.
Major Applications
- Degassing and debubbling liquids used in semiconductor and LCD manufacturing processes (resists, thinners, chemicals, etc.)
- Degassing solvent-based inkjet inks
SEPAREL PFF Series Degassing Mechanism
The PFF degassing mechanism removes gases dissolved in liquids through a tube-shaped gas permeable membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Specifically, gases dissolved in the liquid flowing through the tube are removed by the pressure difference of the gases inside and outside the tube created by a vacuum on the outside of the tube as shown in the diagram below.

Pressure Loss

The data above is reference data measured with water. Use caution as this data can greatly differ according to the type of liquid actually used.
Model List
To treat high viscosity liquids, the low pressure loss type is recommended.
